Responsible for Plant and Field Operations in Jay and meeting the targets of the Company regarding production, HSE, technical, and financial matters. Responsible for providing leadership and managing operations personnel in Jay by overseeing process and production activities of employees and contractors.
Manage employee performance including goal-setting, coaching, assessing and rewarding individuals or groups.
Ensure adherence to all company, local, state and federal health, environmental and safety regulations.
Seek opportunities to network outside the company to build relationships and gather information that lead to future business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry meetings and associations, community or political events, meetings with potential business partners
High School Diploma/GED
Possesses a valid driver’s license.
Prior experience managing oil & gas assets, exempt and nonexempt employees.
Prior experience managing direct reports remotely (i.e., persons not located in the same immediate geographic area).
Understanding of applicable new technology.
Demonstrated experience working with key vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts, holding vendors and contractors accountable, solving contractual problems.
Prior experience with external stakeholders – lease owners, partners, community groups, city/county/state/federal agencies.
