Under the direction of the H.R. Director and as a senior level human resources professional, advises on and participates in the planning, development, implementation and administration of human resources strategies and compensation related activities designed to attract, retain and motivate high quality personnel required to meet the company’s business objectives. Oversees the HRIS deisgn and development of several Access databases for Human Resources areas and managers to provide analytical and systems support. Responsible for the administration of the company Long-Term Incentive Plans for employees and directors.
Collect data and prepare EEO-1 Reports utilizing the HR Access database
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years’ experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
Must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR Management systems
Ability to multi-task, work on multiple priorities, work independently and as a team in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
